We stayed for one month in a king suite on the first floor from Jan to Feb. Now I am giving a five star review because the staff there was amazing and they truly are lovely hardworking people! So a big shout out to Mario for always helping and even fixing things and making things better when we don’t want to complain. Also a big shout out to the front desk girls Diana (so incredibly helpful and willing to listen to Google Translate) and to Itzel - both always greeting with a smile and so helpful. Then there is Giovana who cleans the rooms- so hardworking and a lovely girl. Really a lovely crew I won’t forget. And if you are lacking something- just ask!!! They will help you or do their best! Now I want to make suggestions as a tourist- The pool area needs lounge chairs. Like asap. If there were at least 6-10 lounge chairs we would enjoy the pool area more and that restaurant would prob sell more drinks and snacks. Sometimes the restaurant has events and they can be really loud and occasionally late when you stay in the pool facing room. If they were to stop playing music day by 9:30-10 if might be bearable. The hotel is pretty new and I know they are figuring things out. Our suite which averaged 95 a night was very large and comfortable- everything worked. Our fridge was nice and cold and spacious we had a beautiful large gas stove. We really enjoyed our stay and felt for what we payed we had a very nice clean and large place to stay. Thank you and Lounge chairs for next year!!
The pool is so cool it was not to cold and the room wasn’t too bad it was a nice room.
El departamento muy limpio, amable el personal, la alberca está un poco descuidada. Pero en general sí volvería.
Me encantó!! El lugar es cómodo y bonito reservé el mismo día por que me quedé sin hotel ,busqué y me arriesgué a pesar de algunos comentarios no tan buenos pero la verdad la atención del personal es buena, desde que llegué a la recepción me trataron excelente !
Lugar muy bonita, habitaciones muy amplias y todo luce muy nuevo, por las mañanas atiende una chava llamada Diana, que es muy atenta, la alberca súper agusto y por la parte de abajo hay restaurantes y cafeteria muuuuuuuy recomendables, la pizza de aloha, el sushi Hana y el café muy rico, la ubicación calculo yo que son como 4 o 5 cuadras de la playa, cosa que a mí no me molestó ya que las instalaciones valen mucho la pena.
Muy buena mi experiencia se los recomiendo 100% aunque se vea un poco mal por afuera las habitaciones y todo está muy bien, al principio creí que me iba a ir mal pero fue todo lo contrario
Un exelente Hotel ofreciendo todas las comodidades al huesped, super limpio, huele muy bien, la atencion al cliente espectacular, alberca bonita y super limipia, Las habitaciones de lujo. A parte hay Gim al otro lado, restauranes. Un Hotel que siempre voy a ofrecer y recomendar!!
We just got back from a month at this facility. We loved our stay. The location is a bit off but everything else was fine. We were able to cook a few meals as there is a stove too but no oven. Would like an oven. Lol. Pool was just okay, and didn't find that the hot tub was heated enough. All in all we were happy with our stay and have booked again for Feb 2027.
